Recipe Technical Data Disclaimer

Provider (Party A): Taste Link LLC

Recipient (Party B): Users who purchase or download recipe data from this platform

Whereas Party A provides Party B with food recipe and production technique technical data, both parties agree to the following terms regarding usage risks and liability:

Article 1: Scope of Service

Party A provides only virtual technical data including recipe documentation, production processes, and technique guidance. Party A does not provide any ingredients, finished food products, production equipment, or physical goods. No physical goods transaction exists between the parties.

Article 2: Scope of Use & Compliance

1. Party B may use the recipes for legitimate business operations, technical learning, and compliant production. They may not be used for drug manufacturing, counterfeiting, illegal processing, unlicensed production, or any other illegal activities.
2. Party B is responsible for obtaining all required food business and production licenses, and for independently complying with market regulation and health inspection requirements.

Article 3: Performance & Risk

1. Recipe taste and final product quality are affected by objective factors including ingredient origin, grade, proportion control, technique, and production environment. Party A makes no guarantees or warranties regarding final product results or business revenue.
2. All losses arising from operational errors, ingredient issues (including but not limited to use of non-standard, substandard, expired, or illegally sourced ingredients), unauthorized recipe modification, or improper business conduct — including personal injury, food poisoning, customer complaints, fines, and compensation — shall be solely borne by Party B. Party B agrees to use fresh, properly sourced, legitimate ingredients and to strictly follow food safety practices.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

The copyright and technical rights of this recipe data belong to Party A. Party B may not forward, pirate, resell at low prices, or publicly distribute the data. Upon discovery of infringement, Party A has the right to pursue legal action.

Article 5: Other Provisions

1. This agreement applies to Party B and all personnel of Party B’s employees and partners who use these recipes.
2. This agreement takes effect upon Party B’s receipt of the recipe data and remains in effect indefinitely.
3. If Party B does not agree to these terms, do not use the recipes. Usage constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms.
